Job summary

Saalex Corporation seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee complex IT and engineering programs in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. The role focuses on cost, schedule, performance, and risk across multiple task areas in global LVC environments.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of PM experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and DoD/Navy program familiarity, with PMP/CAPM/DAWIA PM certifications preferred. Active clearance is advantageous; contingency on award for contract status.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program/project management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.
• Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across all SOW task areas.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk at the program level.
• Oversee PMRs, reporting, and contract deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy policies and contractual requirements.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, and mission success.
