Job summary

FN America, LLC seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead programs from inception through delivery, coordinating the IPT and acting as the main customer liaison. You will ensure technical performance, schedule adherence, and cost management to meet contract commitments.

Responsibilities include milestone planning, risk mitigation, and collaboration with military leadership, FN product teams, and compliance functions to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline required.
• Five years of project/program management experience required.
• Prior DoD or military experience and PMP/DAU certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads IPT and coordinates across all program phases to meet objectives.
• Establishes milestones and monitors schedules, costs, and performance.
• Serves as primary customer liaison and communicates with leadership and stakeholders.
