Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
• 5–8 years in program/project management or related tech delivery roles.
• Experience leading medium-to-large technology programs cross-functionally.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery: Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience with enterprise software, digital, ecommerce or transformation.
• Analytical, organizational and communication excellence.
• Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive status reports and dashboards.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile certification required; SAFe preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional technology and digital programs.
• Define objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, PI planning, and governance activities.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, and issues for delivery.
• Track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Drive alignment and facilitate decision-making across teams.
• Identify process improvements and enhance delivery practices.
• Support release planning across interconnected project teams.
• Maintain project documentation and communication plans.
• Escalate critical issues with actionable mitigation strategies.
• Promote Agile and Lean best practices across teams.
