Job summary

Amazon in Seattle (WA) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Demand Planning Capabilities to lead enterprise-wide planning initiatives. You will translate ambiguous business problems into actionable program plans, align senior stakeholders, and drive outcomes with rigor.

The role requires deep curiosity in demand planning, a customer-obsessed mindset, and strong communication with technology partners. The candidate will own cross-functional delivery, manage KPI frameworks, and expand planning

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Drive the 3-year program vision across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Technology teams.
Facilitate cross-functional working groups and document decisions.
Define and align business processes and decision-making flows.
Lead program reviews, surface risks, and propose clear paths to resolution.
Develop and maintain the demand planning KPI framework and tracking.
Own the program's entitlement framework and impact to the business.
Coordinate onboarding for new forecasting tools and gather product-feedback.
Identify capability gaps and develop leadership-ready recommendations.
Produce high-quality program narratives and executive briefings.
