Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead CSS subcontracted facilities support at MCB Camp Butler, MCAS Iwakuni, and MCB Quantico. You will manage local delivery, scheduling, and capital planning, coordinating with Government stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant execution.

The role requires extensive DoD program experience, strong scheduling and data-management skills, and the ability to obtain necessary clearances. PMP certification is preferred for some assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, program management, engineering, facilities management, public administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of program or project management experience in federal/DoD facilities.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across dispersed portfolios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office, and collaboration tools.
• Project Management Professional certification preferred for some tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct CSS subcontract performance to meet performance, schedule, quality, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain IMS across Camp Butler and Quantico; coordinate inputs to enterprise scheduling.
• Lead capital investment planning, FYDP inputs, and POM issue papers.
• Validate and deliver facilities, financial, and engineering data on time.
• Serve as CSS point of contact for Government stakeholders; respond to inquiries and escalate risks.
