Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead the design, construction, and delivery of data center projects across the North America region, coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet milestones and budgets. The role requires onsite work at remote build locations in West Texas, with travel as needed.
You will oversee a team of program managers and engineers, drive capital improvement and greenfield projects, and mentor contractors.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In this role you will lead the design, construction, and delivery of data center projects in the region of North America. This includes campuses across the United States and planned future global expansions. You will act as a leader with a proven track record in managing construction projects within a changing, dynamic environment. You will oversee a team of Program Managers and Engineers, ensuring the successful execution of both new construction and capital improvement projects. This role will require a minimum of 50% onsite in remote build locations in West Texas.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
