Google is seeking a Data Center Services Area Manager to lead the design, construction, and delivery of data center projects across the NA-W region. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company.

You will oversee a team of program managers, cost and schedule leads, safety personnel, and engineers, ensuring the successful execution of both new construction and capital improvement projects.
In this role, you will lead the design, construction, and capital project support for ongoing operations within a critical region. You'll provide strategic and tactical leadership over large‑scale data center construction projects across a large geographic area.
You will develop and mentor high‑performing teams of engineers and project managers, and serve as a key partner and vendor development lead for general and trade contractors. You'll also foster a forward‑thinking and collaborative culture among diverse project stakeholders.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $236,000 - $330,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.
