Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) contract, ensuring performance across the Task Order and maturing government-owned software.

You will oversee contractor personnel, drive process improvements, manage quality control, and present program reviews to clients, with a focus on delivering mission-critical outcomes and maintaining security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field with 14+ years managing government programs.
• Senior-level IT practice experience with PMP certification and TS/SCI clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel per PWS and QA plan.
• Lead performance management, mentor team leads, and set measurable goals.
• Identify inefficiencies, map workflows, and monitor improvements.
• Facilitate continuous improvement sessions and align with Government objectives.
• Establish and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) for services and deliverables.
• Prepare program reviews, performance metrics, and executive briefings for clients.
• Serve as primary client relationship manager and support capture and business development.
• Manage onsite contract, staffing, and training of personnel.
