Job summary

SkyWater Technology is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to guide large-scale, cross-functional programs from end to end. You will lead teams, plan, execute, and govern initiatives aligned with company strategy.

The role requires a technical or business degree, 5+ years in relevant industries, and strong organizational/communication skills. US citizenship or equivalent is required. Comprehensive benefits and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years in semiconductor & aerospace industry and program management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• US Citizen OR US Person required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team and ensure alignment with SkyWater's strategic goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of programs; manage interdependencies and scope changes.
• Ensure program requirements and milestones are met across projects.
• Create program framework and processes to drive milestones and ensure cross‑team collaboration.
• Manage program budget, vendor relationships, and forecast revenue; support scope changes with Sales Solutions.
• Act as liaison between customers and SkyWater to build and maintain relationships.
