Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Boston area is seeking a Project Manager to lead high‑volume, quick turnaround projects including DM, email, landing page edits, and OOH campaigns. You will supervise junior project managers and oversee large programs of work.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree and 4–5 years in PM or marketing, plus proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Trello. AI tools familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree.
• 4-5 years of Project Management, Marketing, or related experience.
• Mastery of small to mid-level projects (OOH, direct mail and/or email channel experience preferred).
• Experience with enterprise tools: Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello.
• AI tools familiarity (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and lead complex cross-capability projects and integrated program management.
• Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure client understanding of flow and timelines.
• Produce scopes, schedules, resource plans, and risk & change management plans.
• Participate in RFI/RFP responses when necessary.
• Begin management, leadership, and effective communication trainings.
• Contribute to onboarding processes for new team members.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills.
• Set goals for yourself and manage multiple direct reports.
• Set up projects and programs for success with proper planning and client alignment.
• Keep clients and internal teams moving in the same direction.
