Descripción del empleo

Senior Program Manager, Containerized Effects (Active Clearance)

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. We are the substrate that provides the source of truth for time sensitive decisions, effectively transforming the way that militaries close kills chains and enable mission autonomy.

Most Warfighting capabilities assume connectivity, compute, power, or a secure space to work in. On a base or near a data center, these exist. At the edge, they do not. Our warfighters need capabilities that can fight where they do. Anduril Expeditionary Systems is the business line that solves this. We build Menace, a containerized system that arrives by truck, ship, plane, or helicopter, powers on in under ten minutes, and delivers command, compute, or effects with no site prep, no bespoke basing equipment, and no specialized personnel.
The Containerized Effects team focuses on clandestine transport, storage, and launch of containerized effects. You’ll work with engineers to build enclosures, launch infrastructure, operating interfaces, and communications that let a small team proliferate munitions and non-kinetic effects with minimal support or reachback. Effect is the outcome, not the mechanism: a missile is an effect, and so is electronic warfare.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of program initiatives and tasks, spanning across Anduril teams and SMEs.

  • Provide guidance and direction to program team members, including finance, division operations, mission operations, and other stakeholders to enable program execution.

  • Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Software Engineering teams to mature containerized effect program(s) from prototype to production..

  • Develop a strong system-level understanding of the business lines and products they support by becoming a power user of Anduril’s products — and becoming comfortable with teaching others.

  • Deeply understand your customers objectives, constraints, and perspectives.

  • Serve as Action Officer for special projects; execute special projects as demanded by the program.

  • Drive and set the standard for the program’s communications across the team within Anduril and with key customer and government POCs.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures associated with the program.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery.

  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience as a self-starter, able to find and resolve issues on your own

  • Experience in Program Management. Contract management of/with focused program offices
