This remote-first role requires strong project and people management skills, along with 8+ years of relevant experience. Compensation is competitive, with a target range of $145k-$155k plus bonuses.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sr. Program Manager. You will direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsibilities include managing cost, implementation, and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs; participating in contract negotiations and changes; coordinating the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract; ensuring development processes align with market trends, program goals, and client needs; acting as the primary customer contact for program activities and leading program review sessions with customers; developing new business or expanding the product line with the client; analyzing problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluating options; evaluating performance and recommending marketing actions; establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to program plans and schedules; identifying program problems and obtaining solutions (e.g., resource allocation or changing contractual specifications); determining profitability and viability of new products or program enhancements; developing strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity; and directing the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.
