To join our team as a Sr. Program Manager! You will direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinate the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Ensure the development process is congruent with current market trends, program goals, and client needs. Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. Develop new business or expands the product line with the client. Analyze problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options. Evaluate performance and makes recommendations on marketing actions. Establish milestones and monitors adherence to program plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Determine the profitability and viability of new products or program enhancements. Develop strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups over the entire life cycle. Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.

Compensation

Target Compensation

$145,000-155,000, plus bonus

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver\'s license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
