A leading energy efficiency firm is seeking a Sr. Program Manager in Hagerstown, MD. This remote-first role requires managing client programs with an annual revenue of $5-10 million and leading multi-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of project management experience and at least 5 years in people management. Strong contract negotiation skills and relevant industry experience are essential. Competitive compensation is offered, including a base salary of $145,000-155,000 plus bonus.

To join our team as a Sr. Program Manager! You will direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinate the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Ensure the development process is congruent with current market trends, program goals, and client needs. Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. Develop new business or expands the product line with the client. Analyze problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options. Evaluate performance and makes recommendations on marketing actions. Establish milestones and monitors adherence to program plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Determine the profitability and viability of new products or program enhancements. Develop strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups over the entire life cycle. Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.

Target Compensation
$145,000-155,000, plus bonus
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include f ield work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), w arehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.
