Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering product development.
  • 3+ years of leadership in new product development.
  • Experience in consumer and/or professional goods product development.
  • Experience in personnel management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of structured project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production planning.
  • Financial acumen and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and levels of the organization.

As Senior Program Manager – Batteries , you will join the Tools & Outdoor team in a hybrid role. As a key member of the Program Management Office, you will lead complex battery and electrical engineering new product development programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams while managing risk, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
