Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation, via Cape Fox Federal Integrators, LLC, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead AMCOM Logistics Center Supply Chain Management initiatives in Huntsville, Alabama. You will serve as the single point of contact for the Government with full authority over contract management, performance, quality, safety, and personnel oversight.

The role requires deep knowledge of Army logistics, FAR/DFARS, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, SCM, or Logistics.
• 10+ years managing Government contracts, with Army logistics experience.
• Expertise in FAR/DFARS, quality control, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Active Secret Security clearance required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, staffing, scheduling, and coordination with Government representatives.
• Serve as single point of contact for Government, with authority on contract execution.
• Ensure activities comply with PWS, FAR/DFARS, security, QA, and reporting.
• Oversee supply chain optimization, logistics, warehouse operations, reporting, and security.
• Manage subcontractor integration, risk, transition, and deliverables.
• Prepare and submit performance and cost reports and status updates.
• Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders to resolve issues.
