• Experience managing program risks, dependencies, investments and outcome measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead major programs spanning multiple business areas, products, regions, or functions.
• Define program strategy, objectives, roadmap, operating model, governance, and delivery plans.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts with mitigation planning.
• Partner with sponsors to define value, adoption plans and benefits realization.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, scope, sequencing and resources.
• Provide concise communications to executives and delivery teams.
• Mentor project managers and delivery professionals in tools and practices.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve planning, research, reporting and risk identification.
