Job summary

OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a contracted effort in Orange Park, FL. Responsibilities include acting as the overall lead, interfacing with government program authorities, and overseeing contractor execution of contract requirements.

The role requires US citizenship, an Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain), and extensive experience in supply chain/logistics with SAP/Navy ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; candidates with an Active Secret Clearance preferred.
• MA/MS degree in a Business or related discipline.
• Ten or more years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Three years of experience with SAP/Navy ERP.
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with the requirements of the DoD 5000 series.
• Ability to lead large, diverse teams.
• Experience providing direction and supervision across program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
