Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead the execution of strategic go-to-market initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Operations.

You will play a critical role in moving new AI and robotics capabilities from concept to customer deployment while establishing the operational systems needed to support a rapidly scaling organization.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex cross-functional initiatives, and has a strong bias toward action and execution. Rather than relying on heavy processes, you will build lightweight, effective systems that enable teams to move quickly and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end execution of strategic go-to-market programs, from planning through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Lead launch planning and execution for new AI, robotics, and defense technology products and capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Develop detailed launch plans, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
  • Establish clear ownership, deliverables, and success criteria across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactively identify dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and blockers and drive them toward resolution.
  • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that support business growth and accelerate revenue.
  • Build and improve GTM processes, operating rhythms, and internal systems while minimizing unnecessary administrative overhead.
  • Track program performance and communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership.
  • Define and monitor launch success metrics, including product adoption, pipeline generation, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Drive post-launch reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Help establish scalable GTM processes as the company expands its products, customers, and market presence.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, defense technology, or other highly technical products.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technical teams.
  • Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
  • Strong ability to operate independently and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong bias toward ownership, accountability, and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on business-critical outcomes.
  • Experience working across technical and commercial teams.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information, technology, or facilities.
  • Demonstrated interest in supporting the defense and security of the United States and its allies.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance, if required for the role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at an AI, robotics, defense technology, autonomy, or deep-tech startup.
  • Experience taking emerging technologies from product development through commercialization.
  • Experience working with government, defense, aerospace, or national security customers.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, robotics, autonomous systems, or related technologies.
  • Experience building GTM operating processes within an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.
  • Experience working with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use business and operational metrics to drive decisions.
