Mumba Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enterprise transformations from inception through post-go-live.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and engage executive stakeholders across global programs. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in enterprise/ERP environments, deep Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise, and a technical background in development, architecture, or integration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise/ERP experience.
• B7 7+ years of program leadership.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation & migration experience.
• Technical background in development, architecture, ERP consulting, or systems integration.
• Proven ability to manage large programs, budgets, vendors, risks, and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ERP/Finance processes, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover.

Responsibilities

Senior Program Manager – Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Transformation

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager with 12+ years of experience and strong Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise, including full-cycle implementations, migrations, and enterprise transformations. The ideal candidate has a technical background in development, architecture, or integration, strong ERP/Finance process knowledge, and experience managing large programs, vendors, budgets, risks, and executive stakeholders. Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Oracle EBS-to-Fusion experience are pluses. Must work 4 days onsite in Sterling, VA.

What you’ll do

• Strong knowledge of ERP/Finance processes, integrations, OIC, APIs, data migration, testing, and cutover.


• Sterling, VA onsite 4 days/week is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.


• Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migration and ERP consolidation experience.


• Experience with Oracle OIC, EPM, RMCS, ARCS, CX/CPQ, or GRC.


• Strong Finance/Revenue knowledge — P2P, O2C/Q2C, R2R, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close.


• PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, ITIL, Six Sigma, or Oracle certifications.


• Experience with AI/automation, M&A integrations, AMS/PMO, or application rationalization.
