Job summary

Senior Program Manager position in Southfield, Michigan for a leading foam innovations producer. The role focuses on developing program objectives and strategy aligned with Commercial and Customer goals, overseeing progress of new and existing product programs within Operations.

Six-month contract with potential to contract-to-direct. Responsibilities include organizing programs, coordinating cross-functional activities, forecasting with S&OP, and reporting status with risks and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• 4 years of proven work experience in program management with track record of managing multiple concurrent programs.
• Bedding industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Organize programs and open activities in accordance with goals of organization and customer.
• Work closely with Vice President of Sales to develop evaluation methods.
• Manage cross-functional and external activities to achieve objectives and optimize customer demands.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status with updates on risks.
• Create and manage program support documentation.
• Facilitate forecasting reports with S&OP Team.

Additionally, the Program Manager will oversee the progress of new and existing product programs, providing strategic guidance to teams and project stakeholders within the Operations group.
