Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical program management across multiple cross-functional programs from conception to delivery of prototypes.
• Identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines across programs with cross-functional partners.
• Lead team of Scrum Masters supporting DevSecOps Delivery and coach them on PepsiCo-specific tools and processes.
• Identify and mitigate technical, procedural, legal, logistical, and communication challenges with leads.
• Coordinate communications across internal and external teams and facilitate leadership meetings.
• Shape and deliver the product roadmap and manage strategic vs. tactical initiatives.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Job description

• Drive end-to-end technical program management across a multiple, cross-functional programs from initial conception, through design and development, to delivery of tested, useable prototypes
• Work across cross-functional partners (engineering, business, product and design) to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines across programs
• Lead team of Scrum Masters supporting complex transformation programs by coaching them on PepsiCo-specific tools, frameworks, and processes related to DevSecOps Delivery
• Proactively identify technical, procedural, legal, logistical, and communications challenges and partner with leads to drive creative solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Coordinate communications across internal and external teams, including upwards communication to team leadership. Coordinate and facilitate daily/weekly meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Frequent communication with program leadership to shape and deliver on the product roadmap, and requires to nimbly switch between strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve technical, and business goals
• Manage multiple technical projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and superior outcomes.
• Prior Experience with object-oriented modelling, APIs & web services, middleware, database, and data mining systems
• Foster Agile methodologies, principles and practices within the teams.
• Monitor the status of the development project, including progress, issues, timelines, and risks. Communicate transparently with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with 3-5 years of minimum experience as a Technical Program Manager/ Technical-Delivery Lead /, either in CPG delivery teams or with a Top-Tier consulting firm
• The ideal technical program manager (TPM) will be highly quantitative, have great judgment, able to connect dots across workstreams, identify critical program dependencies, and have a strong track record of delivery.
• The TPM lead will have a pragmatic approach and iterative approach to building software including ability to simplify and get things done with a demonstrated track record of building and delivering software and working effectively with external and internal teams.
• The TPM lead will dive deep to understand including the infrastructure, dataset dependencies for local requirements for feature/application deployments, integration testing requirements before deployment.
• Technical adaptability with knowledge of programming languages, technologies will be relevant to the organization. TPM with a prior development experience will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional business relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
• A good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) models and a track record of shipping software efficiently. You recognize the difference between building software and shipping software.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects, driving organizational transformation initiatives (such as Agile adoption), and applying Agile SAFe framework or managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a focus on strategic planning and driving organizational goals.
