Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs.

You will work under minimal supervision of the PMO leader managing a team of Program Leads responsible for the execution of development programs. These programs are of significant size & complexity, and your role will lead the team to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills. You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and mentor team of program managers as they direct work and approve resource requirements and program estimates while leading integrated program teams through the Integrated Product Delivery & Support (IPDS) Process.
  • Performance Management & Talent Management—lead overall team strategy and help all members with technical guidance and career growth opportunities.
  • Own and execute a programmatic Management Operating System to drive on-time and on-schedule execution.
  • Own and employ PM tools and development processes, including statement-of-work (SOW), work-breakdown-structure (WBS), basis-of-estimate (BOE) management, scope/requirements management, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Manage risk across programs.
  • Coordinate with functions to ensure programs are supported in terms of technical performance, schedule, and cost requirements.
  • Communicate complex program management and financial issues to all levels, effectively linking program performance with financial results and product line strategies.

Compensation & Benefits: Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: $166k - $207k

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years' experience and expertise within technical, business, or military fields.
  • BS/BA/Master's degree in engineering or business.
  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance.

  • 20+ years' experience and expertise within technical, business, or military fields.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Change management experience.
