Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the delivery of major capital infrastructure programs within the Energy Transition space in the United States with occasional domestic travel. You will implement program management strategies, drive performance, and align with client objectives while contributing to Jacobs' mission for a more sustainable future.

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the delivery of major capital infrastructure programs within the Energy Transition space. This role is located in the United States with occasional domestic travel. You'll focus on implementing program management strategies in collaboration with Program Managers and cross-functional teams, helping to drive performance, ensure alignment with client objectives, and contribute to Jacobs' mission of creating a more sustainable future.

You will manage programs of varying complexity, applying industry best practices and Jacobs' established procedures. Your work will be instrumental in supporting the growth of Jacobs' Energy Transition portfolio across the U.S., with a focus on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Here’s what you'll need
  • Significant experience in managing Energy Transition capital projects/programs, ideally with exposure to infrastructure programs valued at $500M+.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, including client-facing roles and multi-company environments.
  • Solid understanding of program management disciplines: cost, schedule, procurement, risk, change, and design management.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and contributing to regional growth strategies.

The base salary range for this position is $170,400.00 to $234,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
