AMERICAN SYSTEMS in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead contract execution and serve as the primary Government interface for performance, staffing and risk management. The role requires a Master’s degree, 10+ years of management and 8+ years of domain experience, US citizenship, and an active Top Secret clearance, with on-site work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Leads overall contract execution and serves as the primary Government interface for program performance, transition, staffing, schedule, risk, cost/manpower reporting, PMRs, CDRLs, and action-item closure.
  • Responsible for interacting and coordinating with all levels of the organization to meet the needs of the program.
  • Provides expert guidance and direction to program staff.Properly manages all available resources to ensure successful outcomes (i.e., sustained, profitable program augmentation).
  • Actively works to use AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ MERGE service delivery framework in the execution of their programs.
  • Follows applicable Service Delivery Models (SDMs) and contributes to their continuous improvement.
  • Promotes a culture of accountability; operates with focus on achieving Key Results.Oversees all phases of the program lifecycle to include managing the development and delivery of the Program Management Plan (PM Plan) and program deliverables in accordance with contract terms, established quality standards, and company policy.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks; monitors and manages resources. Procures materials IAW company policy and approves all expenditures as authorized.

Responsibilities
  • Leads overall contract execution and serves as the primary Government interface for program performance, transition, staffing, schedule, risk, cost/manpower reporting, PMRs, CDRLs, and action-item closure. Directs integrated planning across sustainment, cybersecurity, SEIT, maintenance, logistics, customer additions, and configuration-controlled changes; maintains Government visibility into performance, priorities, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Responsible for interacting and coordinating with all levels of the organization to meet the needs of the program.
  • Provides expert guidance and direction to program staff.Properly manages all available resources to ensure successful outcomes (i.e., sustained, profitable program augmentation).

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $150,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
