Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive development through production launches in a high-visibility aerospace manufacturing environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, engage customers, and navigate complex fabrication programs across commercial, military, and space applications.

Qualifications

• Seven years' experience within aerospace manufacturing environments, primes/Tier 1 suppliers.
• Program or project leadership within engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customers).
• Strong understanding of schedule, cost, risk, and program execution.
• Exposure to NPI, product development, or phase-gate environments, high-visibility aerospace programs.
• ITAR/EAR Compliance: U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee).

Job description

We are currently seeking on a high-impact Senior Program Manager opportunity supporting complex new product development and production programs within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is highly visible and focuses on driving program execution, customer engagement, schedule/budget management, and cross-functional leadership from development through production launch. The ideal background includes: Seven years' experience within aerospace manufacturing environments, primes/Tier 1 suppliers, Lean Manufacturing, Phase Gate processes, and complex fabrication environments is highly desired. • Aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience • Program or project leadership within engineering/manufacturing environments • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customers) • Strong understanding of schedule, cost, risk, and program execution • Exposure to new product introduction (NPI), product development, or phase-gate environments, High-visibility aerospace programs supporting commercial, military, and space applications.
