Job summary

Mass General Brigham in the United States seeks a seasoned program manager to oversee large, multi-disciplinary programs and projects across the organization. You will lead budgets, schedules, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation while guiding team members toward strategic goals.

The role requires 8–10+ years of program management experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and BCBA Massachusetts licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Bachelor’s in a related field and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Licensure in Massachusetts for BCBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages large, complex programs and projects.
• Prepares, analyzes, and manages program budgets from multiple sources.
• Leads program teams and coordinates cross-project initiatives.
• Conducts data research, analyzes systems data, and develops reports.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
