Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead large-scale generative AI implementation programs inside enterprise environments. You will turn pilots into widescale deployments, with governance, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes that matter to executives.

You will guide cross-functional teams of consultants, engineers, and subject matter experts across complex architectures, ensuring alignment, risk management, and disciplined stage gates while delivering real business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or project management, incl. 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in program and portfolio management with Scrum@Scale, SAFe, DA, or LeSS.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, esp. generative AI in enterprises.
• Ability to navigate complex architectures, data ecosystems, security and governance.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and urgency across non-reporting teams.
• Disciplined with frameworks, documentation, and stage gates; judicious with process.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate large-scale implementation programs aligned to business and technical goals.
• Build adoption plan including change management, skill development, and process redesign.
• Stand up governance models, success metrics, and scalable AI roadmaps for clients.
• Lead consultants, engineers, SMEs through concurrent workstreams; manage dependencies.
• Create risk mitigation strategies addressing tech, organizational, and adoption risks.
• Run steering committee reviews and executive progress reviews.
• Facilitate cross-program syncs and adapt approach to client priorities.
• Influence teams beyond direct reporting to advance program priorities.
