Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and twelve years of qualified experience required.
• Two years of experience as a PROJECT MANAGER STAFF preferred.
• Mastery in PM knowledge areas: scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, contracting.
• PMP certification required unless waived by SVP or OPCO President.
• Valid state driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects or programs at high complexity in a matrix team.
• Provide leadership, direction, training, and coordination to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close projects.
• Build relationships and communicate with all stakeholders to achieve goals and satisfaction.
• Lead teams in managing contractors and performance-based contracts.
• Coordinate project plan, schedule, budget, tools, and staff; guide others.
• Develop and manage relationships with staff, partners, contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project team members.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and high performance of all projects.
