Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior logistics and sustainment leader to manage execution for next-generation systems, including F-35 programs. You will drive optimization across integrated logistics, maintenance systems, avionics, propulsion, and depot integration, while engaging customers at all levels and delivering innovative solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, cost and risk management, and business development to expand Booz Allen's presence in defense logistics

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, logistics, supply chain and sustainment for defense programs.
• 10+ years leading Program or Project Management and large-scale program execution.
• Experience identifying and expanding new business opportunities with customers and partners.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and hold Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and delivery of complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and drive innovation in logistics and sustainment for the F-35 and next-generation systems.
• Lead large-scale program execution and expand Integrated Logistics Support across multiple domains.
• Develop strategies to optimize logistics systems and improve cost management and risk mitigation.
• Engage with customers at leadership levels and guide delivery of tailored solutions.
• Conduct business development activities and strengthen market position in defense logistics.
