Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DoD acquisition, logistics, sustainment, maintenance management, or supportability analysis.
• Experience supporting senior DoD leaders, program managers, or enterprise-level sustainment organizations.
• Experience with military aviation or weapon system sustainment.
• Knowledge of DoD Integrated Product Support ( IPS ) elements and sustainment policy.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and clearly communicate complex logistics information for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced SES support environment.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Deliver authoritative research, analysis, documentation, and coordination to enable timely leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with program offices, major commands, sustainment stakeholders, and external partners to gather data, develop recommendations, and prepare executive-level products.
• Prepare executive-level products that drive sustainment strategies across a globally deployed capability.
• Support high-level decision processes and enterprise sustainment integration.
