Job summary

You will manage client relationships, coordinate multi-workstream initiatives, mentor junior PMs, and drive disciplined planning and reporting with executive stakeholders. Travel is required monthly, and 7–10 years of consulting PM experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project or program management experience in digital products/services.
• Experience in a consulting or agency environment with external clients.
• Proven ability to align delivery with strategic opportunities for growth.
• Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program-level execution across multiple workstreams and budgets.
• Ensure goals, objectives and success criteria are clear to teams and clients.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation and status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate when necessary to leadership.
• Lead PI planning sessions and align delivery roadmaps across the program.
• Reset client expectations and present viable options with trade-offs.
• Maintain project timelines, adapt plans to changing requirements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Project Managers to improve velocity.
• Oversee estimation process and create detailed project estimates.
• Review invoices and manage resource forecasts weekly.
