Job summary

Drivemode, a California-based division of Honda, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager, Program Intelligence to lead a transformation in how programs are understood, governed, and improved. Strong systems thinking and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

Establish scalable requirements governance and traceability across teams.
Design and operate a structured Change Request process with linkage to requirements and milestones.
Develop and evolve the internal Program Intelligence Platform for decision support.
Build AI-enabled tools and workflows that leverage program data.
Improve visibility into APIs, services, data flows, and external dependencies.
Develop practical mechanisms to measure engineering/QA capacity, churn, and delivery variance.
