Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare program management experience.
• At least 5 years implementing national-level programs in a large health system.
• Experience with federal agency governance and stakeholder environments.
• Ability to obtain VA credentials and pass background investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end release and implementation management for new programs.
• Align programs with PPBE budgets and resource decisions.
• Develop and track strategic performance measures and targets.
• Link programming, budget planning, and program evaluations nationally.
• Engage with senior VA leadership and inter-agency stakeholders.
• Produce implementation documentation and guidance materials.
