Qualifications

• 8+ years of GOVCON finance experience and knowledge of government contracting.
• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and program-level P&L.
• Experience with CAS, FAR, and GAAP principles and government pricing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making.
• Produce program-level P&L, variance analyses, and monthly reports.
• Manage monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting for the program.
• Support pricing exercises and subcontractor management activities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts, and PMO groups for issue resolution.
• Interpret data from multiple sources to produce actionable insights.
