Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to manage a team of accountants supporting AFO and related programs. The role emphasizes training, QA, and cross-system reconciliation with extensive government accounting exposure.

A Top Secret SCI clearance is required along with a bachelor’s degree in finance or business. The position includes collaboration with DoD and partner organizations, detailed research on transactions, and delivery of ad hoc analytics reports.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• 10+ years' experience in government accounting and finance.
• 5+ years' experience with Business Case Analytics.
• 5+ years' experience working with Momentum®.
• 4+ years' experience in project management or similar size/complexity contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of accountants through leadership, mentoring and QA.
• Conduct training for personnel with varying accounting knowledge.
• Reconcile General Ledger Summary to Detail Journals across systems.
• Translate accounting requirements into system functionality and provide Tier II support.
• Deliver Ad Hoc reports using Business Analytics for diverse stakeholders.
• Research and correct outstanding transactions across multiple systems.
• Reconcile reimbursable program data with Air Force and partners.
• Assist in preparation, review and reconciliation of Forms 7113, 1219/1220, 7801.
• Drive Tri-Annual Review by identifying and correcting open items.
