Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical project organizations.
• Strong ability to plan, execute, and communicate complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide program development and management for NA-12 portfolios (e.g., Production Operations, W88/W93, B61, Stockpile Sustainment Surveillance).
• Maintain life-cycle and annual resource-loaded schedules with Earned Value Management (EVM) rigor.
• Define and manage risks with SCURA analyses and coordinate with stakeholders (PRTs, IPTs, PTs, FPOs, DAs, PAs).
• Guide and lead cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives on schedule and budget.
