Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Atlanta, GA seeks a senior program director to manage mega infrastructure projects from concept through execution. You will lead client relationships, oversee budgets and schedules, coordinate with DOTs and contractors, and guide procurement and proposal efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years on mega projects. PE, PMP, or advanced degrees are a plus, with a strong emphasis on leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 12 years of relevant experience including 4 years delivering mega/super mega projects.
• Master’s degree and professional engineer or PMP are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and is the primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Responsible for financial performance on projects, including cash, budget, and scope management.
• Staff projects per Work Plan and collaborate with Directors/Managers to allocate resources.
• Lead mega project pursuits and develop long-term client strategies.
• Prepare procurement documents, RFQs/RFPs, and manage the proposal process.
