Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Program Director – Airport Terminals to lead planning, design and delivery of major terminal programs. You will interface with airport owners, design partners and contractors, overseeing governance, risk, and execution across design, procurement and construction support.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in aviation infrastructure, strong executive presence, and experience with Design-Build, CMAR or P3 delivery of large hub airports in the US or internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related field.
• 15+ years delivering major aviation infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, P3 delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of major airport terminal design and redevelopment programs.
• Serve as executive interface with airport owners and stakeholders.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, planners, and specialists.
• Develop program execution strategies for cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Mentor project managers and support business development efforts.
