Job summary

TYLin is hiring a Program Director for Airport Terminals in the US, DC region. You will lead planning, design and redevelopment of major terminal projects, interfacing with owners, design partners and executives to align strategy and delivery.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams and drive program execution from planning through construction, ensuring schedule, budget and quality milestones are met on high‑profile aviation projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience delivering major aviation infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large airport terminal design programs within the United States or internationally.
  • Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary consultant teams.

You will provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams while acting as a trusted advisor to airport authorities, design partners, contractors, and executive stakeholders.You will oversee complex projects involving terminal redevelopment, expansions, passenger processing facilities, landside interfaces, support buildings, and associated infrastructure.
