What You’ll Do
- Lead programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding reviews and driving results.
- Align strategy with execution by setting KPIs, managing scorecards, and ensuring accountability across teams.
- Partner with business development on proposals, contracts, and expansion opportunities.
- Identify efficiencies, improve processes, and implement best practices that create measurable impact.
- Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams to deliver outstanding work.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of program management and operational leadership experience.
- Proven people leader with 10+ years managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in strategic planning, client delivery, and business development.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience using financial and operational tools.
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver who thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
