You will own the integrated roadmap, delivery governance, dependencies, risks, and executive visibility, turning strategy into an actionable execution plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program, delivery, technology, or transformation leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Experience coordinating roadmaps across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Strong governance, milestone, risk, and dependency management.
• Ability to drive accountability across business, technology, and partner organizations.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program roadmap and overall delivery plan.
• Coordinate workstreams across business, technology, Intellibus, and partner teams.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Maintain governance, reporting, escalation, and executive communication.
• Drive accountability across teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify frictions and blockers and drive cross-team resolution.
• Provide consistent executive visibility into progress and actions.
