We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Delivery Lead with a consulting mindset to join our growing team. In this role, you will cultivate high-performing teams and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will drive delivery excellence and value outcomes with speed and quality on programs/projects, partnering with clients to identify needs and challenges, and leveraging Agile (and hybrid) practices to deliver exceptional results.
What you’ll do
- Program Delivery: Lead one large program or multiple small programs with multiple contributing project managers; personally manage complex and/or high-profile projects as needed
- Delivery Consulting: Consult on delivery strategies, including frameworks, tools, processes; drive agile and product delivery methods; solve complex delivery issues and tailor processes for each engagement
- Project Planning: Oversee and/or create and manage detailed project plans based on the chosen methodology/framework, scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies
- Budget Management: Manage program/project budgets, monitor burn and velocity, develop burndown reports, report on margin and revenue forecasting, and plan course corrections if needed
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, triage red projects, escalate to obtain support, and discuss risks with clients to enable collaborative solutions
- Client Partnership: Serve as the primary delivery contact, communicate status and risks, manage deliverables, and build strong client relationships as a delivery leader
- Scope Management: Understand scope, manage to it, prioritize changes, and prepare change orders as needed
- Account Growth: Support Client Partner and Business Development to estimate, pitch, and scope work, and drive delivery strategies during the sales phase
- Tools Knowledge: Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of PM tools, including Smartsheet and Atlassian suite (Jira; Confluence)
- Team Leadership: Lead a globally distributed, cross-functional team to deliver client objectives and manage resourcing within projects
- Practice Involvement: Contribute to initiatives that mature the Horizontal Delivery team and help improve processes
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor junior program managers and team members to foster continuous learning
Who you are
- Digital Consulting Experience
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, enterprise digital transformations with measurable business value
- Deep expertise with CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce products for digital initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with clients to develop customized digital solutions
- Experience advising key stakeholders and executives on digital transformation best practices and trends
- Experience identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation
- Project Management Expertise
- Ability to oversee large, multi-disciplinary digital projects with complex requirements and timelines
- Strategic mindset to align digital initiatives with business goals and drive measurable outcomes
- Experience managing global, distributed teams across time zones and cultures
- Ability to define and manage complex contracts and partnerships
- Proactive risk management and issue resolution
- Strong financial acumen to estimate and optimize project profitability
- Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead high-performing teams, inspire, mentor, and develop talent
- Effective Conflict Resolution
- Effective Communication and Presentation: Interact with C-suite and key stakeholders, convey complex concepts clearly, influence and persuade
What you bring
- Minimum 10+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs
- At least 5 years agency/consultancy experience; 7+ years preferred
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)
- Experience and certifications in scaling Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SPC) preferred

The pay range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $165,000 per year. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The posted range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary across US locations as of the posting date. Actual offered compensation depends on location and factors including skills, experience, education, internal equity, and applicable employment laws. Base salary excludes discretionary bonuses or other incentives (if applicable).
