Job summary

Integra Mission Critical in Houston, TX leads a multi-billion dollar data center construction program. The Program Cost Lead drives end-to-end cost management, establishes baselines, forecasting, and governance, and partners with engineering, procurement, and construction to enable data-driven decisions.

The role delivers actionable insights via EVM, KPIs, and executive reporting, ensuring risk management and cost control in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in project controls or cost management.
• Proven experience leading cost for large scale capital programs (>$1B) preferably data centers or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level cost management including budget development, control, forecasting and reporting across multiple sites.
• Establish and maintain the program cost baseline aligned with contracts, funding approvals and execution strategy.
• Develop integrated cost forecasts from construction, procurement, engineering and commercial inputs.
