Texas A&M AgriLife Research in Dallas seeks an experienced Program Coordinator II to support the Healthy Living team within the IHA. The role focuses on administrative, financial, and project management tasks to advance community-engaged health research initiatives.

You will coordinate calendars, meetings, budgets, and reports; contribute to program planning and evaluation; and support communications and data analysis across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field; four years of related experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with common office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative, operational, and project management support to Healthy Living leadership.
• Assist with budget development, forecasting, reporting, and travel reimbursements.
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder activities; liaise with internal and external partners.
• Prepare and analyze financial, operational, and program reports; support grants documentation.
• Support program planning, goal setting, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate on community-engaged research projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program materials and communications.
• Manage personnel administration and onboarding; maintain records and policies.
• Maintain organizational documentation and project management tools; collect and analyze data.
