Job summary

West Virginia University’s Cancer Institute in Morgantown seeks a Hybrid Program Coordinator Senior to lead program development, manage staff, and drive cancer prevention initiatives statewide. The role requires travel across West Virginia with on-site work at least three days per week and remote options as approved.

You will manage partnerships with grant agencies, develop innovative programs, and ensure fiscal integrity across grants and contracts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program development and management for specified projects.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff to meet deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver proposals for funding and sustain current programs.
