Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. seeks a senior budget and financial management professional to oversee the budget for the NRO facilities and infrastructure portfolio.

You will liaise between project management, planning, and line management to ensure contract requirements, schedules, and performance metrics are met. Responsibilities include developing budgets and schedules, leading program reviews, and providing senior leadership with accurate financial reporting and decision support

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree plus 10+ years in budgeting or financial management.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Ability to summarize financial data for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with federal facilities budgets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget and financial management for large NRO facilities, construction and infrastructure programs.
• Organize Program Management Reviews with accurate data presentation and action items.
• Review spend plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze contract budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Support design and use of corporate financial repositories and reporting tools.
• Propose resource realignments to maintain program execution.
• Ensure funding documents comply with NRO policies.
• Maintain internal controls to prevent data inaccuracies.
