Job summary

Bancroft in New Jersey is seeking Senior Direct Support Professionals to work in Camden and Burlington counties. You will supervise and support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, guiding daily living, safety, vocational activities and social interaction, while overseeing direct care staff when the Program Manager is absent.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a BA in social work, psychology or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization required.

Responsibilities

Hourly Rate: $22.36-$22.81/hr

Bancroft is looking for Senior Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Sr Direct Care Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
