Start Building Your Future today!We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program and Operations Analyst to support a U.S. Army Project Office responsible for the development, acquisition, fielding, and sustainment of advanced Air and Missile Defense (AMD) capabilities. This position is ideally suited for a senior acquisition professional with extensive experience leading complex defense acquisition programs, supporting executive-level decision making, and coordinating across Army, Joint, and Department of Defense stakeholders.In this role, you will work directly with the Program Operations Director and Project Office leadership to provide acquisition oversight, program operations support, strategic planning, milestone preparation, executive decision support, and coordination with Headquarters Department of the Army stakeholders, including the Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC).The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Defense Acquisition, program and portfolio management, acquisition strategy development, milestone decision support, resource management, and cross-functional leadership.
