Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) seeks a Program Analyst V to support the U.S. Navy Gun Weapon Systems Division at NSWC Dahlgren.

The role provides senior-level program analysis across development, evaluation, and sustainment programs within a mission-critical environment. Responsibilities include leading lifecycle cost analyses, establishing program reporting systems, and briefing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in program analysis, management, or a related field.
• Expert-level experience in program effectiveness analysis and lifecycle cost assessment.
• History of supporting senior government leadership with strategic program documentation and briefings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic life cycle cost analyses and comprehensive program evaluations.
• Oversee design and implementation of program reporting frameworks and evaluation systems.
• Advise government stakeholders on regulatory changes, requirements impacts, and program risk.
• Direct development of program management plans, procedures, and evaluation methodology.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the analysis of mission changes and operational procedure modifications.
